Mini Challis Cold Shoulder Trapeze Dress

I purchased this dress in store. I usually wear a 2 in torrid dresses depending on the style and cut but the 2 in this style was a little too snug in the chest as there's no stretch. That is a common thing for me as I wear a DDD cup size so I tried on a 3 and it fit well. If you have an average or smaller bust, your normal size would be perfect. The body of the dress was loose in a size larger but I liked the relaxed look so I got it.

I bought this dress to wear to a Luau in Hawaii. It was very comfortable and perfect for the occasion. However, the spaghetti straps aren't wide enough to cover your bra straps, so this dress looks better when worn with a strapless bra. This dress will be one of my favorites, especially in warmer weather.

I was hesitant to try this dress, online and in-store. However, my husband picked up the teal one and said it would match my eyes. So I HAD to try it on. I have extremely broad shoulders, huge arms, a 42DDD chest, kinda hour glass shaped with a bit of a belly, and a 35" inseam. I'm 5'11 and 295 lbs. I usually dislike both cold shoulder tops, because the make my shoulders look wider, and flutter sleeves; which to me, accentuate the whole top part of my body. But I tried the dress on anyway. Holy smokes! It is so cute! I'm between a 2 and 3, depending on the fabric and cut. This dress was a bit snug on the girls in a 2, but the 3 was too baggy and looked bad over my belly. The 2 hits about 3 or 4 inches above my knees, so looks so cute with a pair of knee length Capri leggings or Bermuda bike shorts. This dress looks like a long tunic on me, and is exactly what I want for the summer. I've bought 3 colors already. That's how cute this dress is. I've gotten tons of compliments already!

Absolutely love this dress. I normally am size 1 for torrid dresses (sometimes a 2 or 0). Dress was a little roomy, but still adorable and flattering. I bought another one in a different pattern but size 0, and I love that one too!

I bought this online for my underage daughter & she loves it! She wears it all the time, it can be dressed up or down.
