Maxi Rib Bodycon Slip Dress

I was a teen in the late 90s, and this pink and black striped dress is serving major nostalgia for me. I’ve never worn bodycon before, I ordered a size 1 and it fits like a dream! The fabric is cozy with a great weight to it so it hangs on the body beautifully. I’m hoping Torrid makes more colors because I wouldn’t hesitate to order more!

This dress is one of my favorite dresses so far! It doesn't just hang or hug in weird places like some straight, long dresses do. It's so cute, so flattering and soooo comfy. I would by this dress in every color if ever made.

I bought both the black and striped dresses in a size 2. The black dress fit looser and has a softer feel than the striped one, I actually thought I got sent the wrong size in the black dress but nope it’s a 2. I love both of them and paired the black dress with a white denim crop jacket and the striped dress with a jean denim crop jacket, the possibilities are endless. These are bodycons and do show the curves, I carry my weight in my stomach so if you’re concerned with that I would size up. I wear a faja with these so I got my normal size 2. Don’t hesitate with these!

I brought this dress three weeks ago. I love it. I love shopping at Torrid because they always have nice clothes for plus size women. All my clothes from Torrid is fabulous.

Cute maxi dress. It feels really nice, fabric is thicker and stretchy too! True to size, I’m 5’5, 220lbs and purchased a size 1. Length was spot on! The Color is very pretty, it’s a win!

My MIL took me into torrid and we picked out a few dresses for my birthday! As soon as I put this one on I didn't want to take it off. I am 5'11 and 200lbs and wear a size one. It felt pretty true to size and didn't make me have a "pregnant belly" that I usually worry about when I wear bodycon. I love how it's got a high top to help cover up my chest too! I already have too many cleavage centered dresses so this is a nice casual dress! It's now been worn three times since owning it haha!

The second I put this dress on I had to have it. It is so comfy and flattering. I was concerned it would accentuate my tummy rolls but the fabric is thick enough that it doesn’t cling in the usual bodycon way. To me it was true to size. I’m 5’8 230lbs a pretty solid size 16 and a 1 sometimes 2 in most items. This is a size 1 on me.

I bought this a week ago, never wore a dress before and Iove it!! It's nice and soft breathable and super comfortable!

I’m 5’8” and typically wear a 3 in Torrid dresses. Because this is bodycon and ribbed, I sized up to a 4 per the associate’s advice. This is THE MOST comfortable dress! It’s flattering, it flows just right. The slit is perfectly just above my knee. I have a belly and normally I’d feel so self conscious… not in this dress!!! Sizing up still kept the silhouette of the dress while not clinging to my midsection. I could live in this dress! Also, the shade of pink is so pretty in person! This dress is just beautiful!

Not something I would have purchased online as I avoid all things “bodycon” but this was an exception! A great find in-store. I got the size 0. I’m a size 10 normally, so I agree with all reviews to go up 1 size from your usual.
