Mini Challis Puff Sleeve Tiered Dress

I've gotten a lot of compliments both times I've worn this. It's comfortable and looks put together. Glad I got it.

Very cute spring dress. It’s a good length & true to size. I bought the pink daisy pattern to wear on a vacation but I’m sure I’ll get plenty of other opportunities to wear it.

Got this in pink in a size 3, which is what I usually wear for Torrid dresses. It is a cute dress, light weight, and not lined. Poor stitching in some areas of dress e.g. 1 of 2 pockets has a big hole due to a very poor hem job and is not securely stitched onto the dress; the elastic on the puff sleeves are very loose, resulting in them drooping below my elbows. I will fix the issues with the pocket and can live with the drooping puff sleeves. Thankfully the elastic at the waistband is perfect, i.e. not too snug and not too loose.

I am 5’6” with big thighs, chest, and arms and a thinner torso. I’m on the big side of a size 16, and I got a size 1 and am happy with the fit. I don’t normally like elastic arms because my arms are bigger , and I find them restricting, but these are loose enough to be comfortable. Someone else listed that as a complaint, but to me it’s a plus. It hits about 2 inches above the knee, which I don’t generally go for, but it’s flowy so it feels longer. Oh and if you’re looking at the black and white stripes thinking “hmm that doesn’t look like a deep black”, you’re right. It looks just like it reads in the picture, kind of a warm gray, which again is great for me because I don’t like black with my skin tone. Overall I’m pleased with how the product fulfilled my expectations. The viscose is nice but the waist is a chunkier elastic with the pockets sewn onto it, so it’s predictably a little stiff and bulky. However, that’s a very minor complaint. Overall I’m very happy with the dress.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and I’m very happy that I did. This is a very cute dress. I’m tall (and older) and it is a little short for my comfort, so I wear leggings with lace trim along with it. It looks really cute that way.

This dress is so light and flowy! It will be perfect for summer! I’m 5’5” and 225lbs. I got a size 1 and it fits perfectly! It comes right to my knees. I love how the sleeves hide my upper arms yet doesn’t restrict them. I am happy that they made a dress that doesn’t show all my cleavage…. So hard to find usually! I cannot wait to wear this regularly when the weather gets warmer.

Loved the pink one so much, I bought the striped one too. So cute and flattering. I love the fit. I love the sleeve length, not too short not too long. The elastic isn't tight or uncomfortable. I love the ruffle hem. Has a slight stretch, so it's not binding in the chest and shoulders. This is definitely one of my favorite dresses for sure.

I bought both dresses, and they are absolutely adorable. Please Torrid, we need more colors/prints in this style!

I'm calling this my birthday dress, because I bought it with my birthday reward, and torrid cash, and almost got it for free, and I LOVE IT!!! It's so cute, so flattering, love the color, and I love the ruffle hem. I'm losing a little weight, and I went with the 2 rather than 3, and I'm glad I did, cause it fits perfectly. It has a slight stretch to it.
